Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with LittleLegs. That is why we comply with applicable consumer protection laws and also offer an extended satisfaction guarantee.
Right of Withdrawal 14 days
As a customer, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are in their original, unused, and unopened condition with the seal intact.
- For reasons of food safety, we cannot accept returns of bags where the seal has been broken.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@littlelegs.dk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Once we have received and approved the returned item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, and no later than the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.
60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you do not see a positive difference in your dog's wellbeing after 60 days of daily use, you can use our guarantee.
How to use the guarantee:
- Follow our recommended feeding guide daily for at least 60 days from the delivery date.
- Contact us at info@littlelegs.dk within 15 days after the 60 days are up (i.e. between day 60 and 75 from delivery).
- We will send you a short questionnaire so we can confirm the process.
Once confirmed, we will process your refund.
Terms:
- The feeding guide must have been followed. Documentation (photos, log, or written description) may be requested.
This guarantee is a voluntary benefit in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect your legal right of withdrawal.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened bags outside the 60 day satisfaction guarantee
- Sale items and gift cards
